Great location, just a few mins walk to the seafront and town centre. Kitted out with everything you need, tasteful decor, and a comfy sofa for relaxing.

Bed was small for a high-end property. a king size is expected. Noisy toilet after flushing that required slamming the door. minor maintenance needed on the front door. Issues with cleanliness, such as dust and cobwebs, along with a cracked shower tray and worn furniture.

The small bedroom was cozy, but the bathroom had excellent fittings and very spacious lounge.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, outdoor dining area, and off-site car park. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with heavy baggage. Highly recommended for comfort! I'm coming back for my next city trip.

A musty smell lingered in the air, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Enjoyable baked apples were a nice touch, adding a homey feel to the stay.

This place was just a solid selection for a quick layover in Lytham St Annes with excellent value for money. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals without hassle. Parking can be a bit tighter, so it’s best to arrive early if you have a vehicle.
